Yes it is open now.

I was actually the first one to test out the new barbeque.

It is pretty nice and should be a great place to enjoy the summer.

Look forward to meeting some of you in the next few weeks.

Swanky!

Did you get any pics of the burned-out condos next door?

You're place looks great, what a view! The divider looks cool, is that what it is. Did the window coverings company install it.

Wow! You've got talent. Such a great idea to have a separator that's not permanent. I guess you are getting ready for your future investment or have you changed your mind and going to move in. BTW, thank you so much for all the pictures. I will see it for real this weekend!

Thanks. My tenant will be moving in next week. I honestly didn't want to leave the place, as I liked it a lot. Plus I wanted to have a BBQ party on the rooftop...

BTW, a Board of Directors have been elected for HP1. And one of the main issues is the positioning of the lock on the front door. It is too close to the handle, making it a pain to access. I have suggested installing a remote FOB system.

For you Crane Afficionados

Anybody who wants to see an interesting show should come by tomorrow (Saturday, June 27). They will be removing the construction crane from the front yard.
