Maybe N. Korea will be able to use it for one of it's long-range missile 'tests' by the time it's complete.

That pixs is AWSOME! Ya know.....Boise can brag for a brief moment that they have more people living in there proper.Denver, without a doubt having a larger infustructure.Vegas all the glitz an glam.But none of these cities can compete with our Salt Lake. Boise downtown pales in comparison to that beautiful panoramic photo given to us via skyguy.(thanx!!!) To fly into Denver to go skiing,takes 3 hours.Just 20 minutes to the slopes here.Vegas "IS" as gambling does.Nobodys gambling right now,their economy is in a huge slump.Salt Lake on the other hand thriving with one of the top economies in the nation.It's good to be from this great city of ours.......ess-ell-cee 4lifebae-ba-bae-beeee!!!!

Yeah this is my favorite angle. Or close to it anyway. My true favorite is the view from the S-curve where 4th south switches over to 5th south.

It's a nice shot, but it blocks off a lot of buildings along Main. The second shot and panorama (viewable at SLC's wikipedia) are pretty amazing.

Both are great shots, but for me this angle sets Salt Lake City apart. The Wasatch is iconic without comparison, when it comes to skyline backdrops in North America. Many cities including Salt Lake will continue to add additional and taller towers, but no one will ever be able to match that Wasatch backdrop. I'm excited to see Tower 1 and The Regent completed, especially from this angle.

That last angle (that delts likes) is probably only second to the one behind the capitol in terms of deceptiveness.

I don't like it because of that.

The skyline just looks short and while the new towers add to it, it certainly still has its problems.

Yah, I like that view from the S-curve or at 100 So. and University St., because they both make the downtown towers look really tall.
