From a charming and doomed little neighborhood a block away from the upper end (by the river) of the "financial street."

Turning left a little, and bang opposite the train station square, another huge development is going up, but I don't know anything about it. The foundations of the high-rises don't seem started yet. They will go where that tall building in the back is--it's getting torn down.
