I went, was dropped off at bus stop, went to get my "special" Photo ID bus pass and it was gone! Now I am transitless as on my strict budget I can't afford bus passes etc.

I was at the station, didn't have a camera but it's a very impressive station for being in the middle of nowhere lol at least for now!

Two people losing their passes, >_<.

I've found this: http://www.trans-vancouver.fotopic.net/c1704510.html

Doesn't seems to have any sign up for now.

No Sign... but you can see the bolts for the sign. Looks like the signs will look like the ones seen at the Lansdowne Station. Sad.

All stations will have the same sign as the Lansdowne...

If you watch this video in HQ and very slowly, you can see the same signs are up in Vancouver City Centre, Yaletown, King Edward, and Marine Drive stations. I can sort of see the signs behind the fence of Broadway-City Hall, Oakridge, and Langara stations too.. This video shows the sign of Marine Drive and Aberdeen stations.

What is the long-term plan for Templeton Station area? Airport Office Park, or something more along the lines of cargo/maintenance operations?

Long term parking... but I really hope they build some sort of pedestrian oriented office and retail park, the station is just absolutely beautiful and well designed to be a centre hub of something great. For the time being, I think Night Market should definitely think of setting up shop near the station, there is just no better location for it (other than maybe Lansdowne).

you think too much. i think near bridgeport is better. because some people from vancouver (skytrain canada line and bus), burnaby (skytrain and bus), delta (bus) and surrey (bus) will visit the bridgeport... um... just lansdowne is not suitable.

whats going to happen with the south side of the station? the tracks separate the two sides - will they create a parking lot or drop off? and have foot paths for the people in those little houses?

Thanks for the pics and links.
Hopefully that ramp will be done before the Burrard Bridge bike lane trials start.

From Tafryn's pics - notice the glass wall cordoning off the platform area (I wonder how many people will run into it?). That's probably because the overpass will be a public area to allow people to pass from one side of the tracks to the other. I guess the turnstiles/gates will be right at that opening (but I wonder how the free on-airport rides will work?).
