Wow, these will really impact the view from up on Rosedale hill, does anyone have shots of the new downtown and these buildings from there?

They are really are impacting the skyline from that angle. You can see both Jamieson and Centennial from the park where I take my dog (Confederation Park)

Alberta ERCB signs lease in new downtown Calgary tower

By Mario Toneguzzi, Calgary HeraldJ une 18, 2009 1:33 PM

CALGARY - The Energy Resources Conservation Board has signed a lease for eight floors of the new West Tower of Centennial Place in downtown Calgary.

The lease with Oxford Properties Group begins December 2010. The ERCB’s hearing room, Govier Hall, will also be located in the tower.

The ERCB is an independent, quasi-judicial agency of the Government of Alberta, whose mandate is to regulate the safe, responsible, and efficient development of Alberta’s energy resources: oil, natural gas, oilsands, coal, and pipelines.

Centennial Place is located in the Eau Claire district and comprises two towers totalling 1.2 million square feet.

Centennial Place is over 65 per cent pre-leased with both towers scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2010.
