I like the crown, but i'm not a fan of the building itself

Bergenser · #3 Posted **May 24, 2009, 1:21 PM**

Great building!

MapleLeaf · #4 Posted **May 24, 2009, 2:40 PM**

Even though it resembles so many others, it really is a beauty.

TANGELD_SLC · #5 Posted **May 25, 2009, 4:50 AM**

I think it's gorgeous

I really like the base. It's very unique.

Hmmm. Very interesting. The upper 1/3 of the building looks like a flower.

JDRCRASH · #11 Posted **Apr 2, 2010, 2:48 PM**

Wow, this one is going to be truly special. It's beautiful!

plinko · #12 Posted **Apr 2, 2010, 4:01 PM**

Meh.

SkyscrapersOfNewYork · #13 Posted **Apr 2, 2010, 4:24 PM**

i think its ugly except for the crown and for some reason the massing bothers me

HomrQT · #14 Posted **Apr 2, 2010, 5:20 PM**

Another neo art deco in China. I'm liking it alot.

You too eh? I think it's the boxy set backs, they aren't staggered like regular art deco. This reminds me of a 90s fantasy novel cover actually.

Fabb · #16 Posted **Apr 11, 2010, 4:32 PM**

I think that it's nice, somewhat Dubai-esque, but with a typical Chinese bulk. It looks better from above... too bad it's not meant to be seen from that angle.

Dylan Leblanc · #17 Posted **Apr 12, 2010, 10:45 PM**

I think this is the final design. Some of these Chinese towers have a dozen designs proposed before a final one is selected.

Fabb · #18 Posted **Apr 13, 2010, 4:47 PM**

Less venitian and more art-déco, especially the shopping mall.

eburress · #19 Posted **Apr 13, 2010, 5:03 PM**

Wow - I really like this latest rendering and hope that is in fact what gets built!

SkyscrapersOfNewYork · #20 Posted **Apr 13, 2010, 6:01 PM**

wow that render is much better
