^ Damn! I really need to get my hands on Molson House! Who wants to invest and turn it into a bar? How hard could it be to move? It would look great plunked on one of the many Impark lots downtown.

Or maybe it would be better as the podium to a new condo development? Eat your heart out, Venetian!

As for anthem's plans, I cannot wait! I would put money on (and maybe a deposit) that this will be one of the best comprehensive developments our city has ever seen.

Anthem Properties would be good to have develop that site. Their condo developments are amazing so I can see them doing some thing good there. Would make a nice "urban village" and with a sort of microbrewery to keep with the past.

These buildings are really going up fast! ICON II should be topped out when I get there (end of Aug.), and Quest might be also, or nearly so. And Professional looks great! Also, I can't wait to behold the AGA in person. Exterior should be mostly complete by late Aug, right?

Oh yeah, and Enterprise Square... there's so much I gotta see!
