The plan as I last heard it was to create some sort of bridge over the tracks somewhere between the current access and the tiny little amphitheatre along the walk into Alderney Gate park. They had said it would be very twisty and bendy that would rival the twists and turns of Lombard street in San Fransisco. They reason for the twists would be to minimize its visual impact as much as possible.
I would assume it would be one of the first things constructed as I do not believe under regulation anyone is allowed to have residence on the site until the second entrance is created.
