looks like the bamboo garden or what not is open...when I drove by today the fencing was down on Georgia St.

Maybe they are waiting for the Penthouse to be completed? Then the crane will lower it into place and recede into its little home.

Yeah figured that out when I got a chance to look...about an hour after I posted. So April 22 had no significance in terms of signage afterall. Thanks for the tip!

Hmm, seeing an aircraft that close to the Shangri-La it would only seem wise that our taller towers should have red beacons on top of them like in every other city in the world.
