It wouldn't be at the Klein Campus (as far as I know the RK campus is still in the theoretical stage) if... and I mean "if" it's part of the new expansion at Souch Campus (73 ave & Gateway) that would make sense. They've already got all their hot work trades, boiler makers etc at that location.

Pipetrades building I think is the new Local 488 building. Its already under construction, if not completed by now.

Is Souch Campus the real name or is it just a forum thing cause I've never heard of the 73rd/Gateway expansion at all. It would not be bad to have there, a much more urban setting than the Ellerslie road crap. Hmm thanks 240, I never knew about that. Is there any formal renderings of the campus that I may have missed?

Not as far as I know. They're expanding the building north into their existing storage yard. They just expanded the building a couple of years ago, it'll probably just be an extension of that.

I think Excal and RTA are right about that pipetrades building.

Ha, exactly what I was thinking!!!! LOL!!

Overall not bad for a crude / prelim rendering. So far this has not been in front of the EDC nor have they applied for a Development Permit.

These would be awesome for Edmonton around the Warehouse District or 102 Ave in Oliver perhaps...

Both in Portland. We really gotta step up our game. Hopefully Aurora, Century Park, AGA, 109st Stuff, and Quarters area redevelopment will all change it and make our modern architecture overall more representable than Venetian and MacEwan Residences.
