The second tower will now be all rentals (both will still contain 394 Units) & will be renamed "Montage"...

I really love these towers design and they extend the skyline when viewed from a distance which is always good. Here are a few photos from last night.

photolitherland, absolutely STUNNING pictures, especially the first one. That entrance is gorgeous....and this on a revered city park, it doesn't get much better.

I haven't been down Almeda in a while, but maybe someone that has can answer this.

I see the webcam is now archive only, so I'm guessing the second tower has been completed. Is that the case or not?

I was down at Herman Park last weekend and both towers looked completed. They look great! I would post pictures, but I didn't think to take any.

I like these towers as well and they do look like a Novare design!

I live in Chicago right now but I am from dallas and am going to move to houston in a year.
