Nice. That shows how massive the Indeed Tower is going to be. It really is a big building.

This shows how much smaller south Austin is compared to the north. Those two office buildings on the big hill towards the right of frame are, by Austin standards, relatively far South. They look super close to downtown.

Hardly any of this was here just 15 years ago. The next 15 are going to be crazy.

Wow. And that doesn't even include 6X or the Sail, which are both in the works.

Wow. Just... wow.

I can't wait until The Republic breaks ground. That's going to be a monster (if the end result is anything like the renderings).

Just look at how far we've come...

This really feels like a full circle place in time from where we were just over a decade ago. I remember this render (not sure who made it) and how everyone was sooo excited about this. We've moved past the awkward gaps in the skyline and sparse streets to this budding metropolis. I can't wait to see where we'll be in another 10 years!

You sure do. Nice work!

A couple more big ones and the skyline will rival Dallas. I remember in the late 70s and early 80s when Austin's two biggest downtown were the gold and black buildings. The gold one isn't gold anymore and I think that's the black one tucked behind Frost (I think... I'm not even sure.) Insane.
