We looked through the Agenda last weekend, nice building. We walked through a 2 bedroom 2 level unit, I'd say they are very nice.

The realtor (Maureen I think he name was) said that they are planning on breaking ground for the Ultra early fall, and that it was 70% sold...

I think it'd be unusual for such a project to be cancelled if it's already 70% sold... Does that kind of thing happen often? Would they just give people their deposits back?

Hopefully she was telling the truth, it's a good looking tower and it'd be a great addition.

I bought in Agenda and Ultra and I have nothing but great things to say about the team who sells them, and the developer who builds them. I have my walk through on in a couple of weeks, im excited to get in there and take a look as well as it really coming along. I know within the next week they will have some furnished show suites and I would encourage you all to go down and take a look if your in the surrey market.

Had my walkthrough a couple of days ago, Agenda is really coming together. Closing is scheduled for the 3rd week of June.

I'm wondering when they are going to get rid of those powerlines, I've heard from both the sales team and the construction team that they are unnecessary as they have underground lines.

When is everyone else's closing date?

Love the form and the density, the quality looks lackluster though.

I realize it's not finished yet, but the quality is obvious in the pics, they aren't terrible but they aren't high quality either. Still a good project overall.

^Seriously? What grade are you in?

Punctuation is a pretty important part of the English language, Whalleyboy. I suggest you start taking it more seriously.
