^ Shawn, in your above photo you can see Aqua's contours remarkably well. There haven't been many night photos of Aqua, I think you sort of just discovered something interesting

Update released today from Magellan

"...There has been lots of progress to report on Aqua this past week. If you’ve been by the building, you may have noticed that the CVS Pharmacy sign is up on the southwest corner of the property. The CVS sign actually looks sleek in understated stainless steel lettering fitting perfectly with the building. CVS is planning to open in May of this year. The construction fencing on Upper Columbus has been removed and the stunning canopy and lighting are now visible. Crews are still finishing the canopy detail toward the entry of the property on North Road. Inside, work continues at a fast pace with the planned occupancy currently on schedule. The Leasing program has started this month for the 474 rental apartments at Aqua with the first renters planning to move in in May of this year..."

Shawn, that night shot of Aqua looks awesome. I'm surprised the balconies are so bright and reflective. It will be interesting to a see similar photos from this vantage point once the building is done.

Love the night shot, to me out of all the construction that is going on this one has to be one of the fastest. Every time I looked at this building or a construction photo it always had new floors!

Hey its better than E. South Water St and E. North Water St, I don't know how one can get any more specific in a street name than that...

"coast-centric" - centered on an edge?

Maybe more a case of the larger firms being located in the larger metro areas, of which Chicago is one, because that is where most of the people, services & jobs are located?
