Part of the Vita tower has been painted the same yellow/buff colour as the podium in the alley. I think there'll be a steel atrium element on the penthouse floor where the white tarp is located. BTW - note the expanse of brick on the podium wall near the alley (hard to see because of the reflection in the window - it's below the "tail" of the bottom Capitol crane)) - seems odd given it may be covered up in a few years when the neighbouring parcel is developed.
