Generally I like the NW Airlines one, but only the light-colored version. I hate dark-colored liveries.

Yeah Pan Am was pretty awesome. I was just thinking the other day that if the econmic climate was right, yet we know really never is, and if it made since to start a new airline, enough time has passed since Scotland and bankruptsy that one could revive the iconic Pan Am brand. Farfetched, but wouldn't that be amazing?

Indeed! Lexy mentioned how he likes different tails on every plane, well Frontier has over 60 of them! All different photos of different animals. It is a creative way to promote your airline, IMO.

I wonder if there is a tendency to feel more drawn to ones hometown airline either out of familiarity or municipal pride. As a Chicagoan I liked Untied's 80's and current design (didn't like the drab gray).

I think my favorite has to be the old PSA, you remember the one with the smile painted on the front.

My favorite from the list is American.

My favorite international is Qantas. I love that flying kangaroo. Plus I just love Oz.

Pan Am is timeless and nostalgic!!!!!!

I have grown somewhat tired of the Euro-White liveries that are springing up. I realize it's cheaper to paint a tail a fancy way and leave the rest of the aircraft white, but come on! Enough is enough you know? LOL!!!
