Always did like Chicago's Chinatown for the fact that it feels like a "working-man's Chinatown" (aka less touristy, more daily living).

Great shots! I've definitely gotten the stink eye wandering back to my Chinatown hotel in the wee hours after a night out. Everyone keeps a hard eye on things it seems.

Great shots cbautz. I haven't been to Chinatown in awhile. I think it's time I get back over there.

On a side note, I can't STAND those new housing developments. In fact, I hate them quite a bit. Not for the way they look so much as the way they don't even make an effort to address the street. Way too much of that bipolar suburban-urban — is being built in Chicago these days.

They are weird and cheap looking
