Just west of TO's downtown core and near Queen St. W., there is an area where one developer, Peter Freed, is building several midrise projects...one of them, 550 Wellington Ave. W., will contain a boutique hotel (Thompson)...here's an update posted by urbandreamer at urbantoronto.ca, pics taken on a very wintry January day...

Balance @ Dockside Green (phase II) in Victoria yesterday afternoon - Jan 26. The Falls is coming along nicely too - that's the 18 & 14 storey towers with a 14 storey waterfall - I'll try to get a photo tomorrow.
