yes they are opening everywhere trying to stamp out London Drugs and Rexall.

drug stores in Alberta are no longer allowed to sell tobacco/cigarettes if they have a pharmacy

This is what it's supposed to look like - I made a quick comparison to the render from a pic I took today:

Hudson Park I (completed, interior work now) and HP II U/C (at 10th floor of 19) Phase II will be slightly higher than the 17 floors of ph. 1.
