^^ I think they published that info in The Spec a couple weeks ago, too, rth.
If you look at GoogleMaps.com and search Hamilton, you'll see we have a full highway perimetre now. No need for any more.

Fear of loafing in Glanbrook
Mark McNeil
The Hamilton Spectator
(Sep 11, 2008)
New exciting companies haven't exactly been busting down the doors to open in Hamilton in recent years.
Most of them , it seems, want to be closer to Toronto. Or others have been tantalized by new industrial parks in nearby communities such as Brantford. But the big reason business is passing Hamilton by is a lack of greenfield land.
Oh, occasionally, someone goes on a crusade to develop brownfields in the North End. And clearly the city should be promoting former industrial lands and greenfield opportunities at the same time. But the reality is that push seldom comes to shovel on brownfield properties. So, in this context, it is especially disconcerting to see foot-dragging with
the much anticipated North Glanbrook Industrial Business Park, which received a $20-million provincial grant to help cover $35 million in servicing costs in 2005.
Incredibly, $18 million of that money is still sitting in reserves waiting to be used while the project sits mired in unsuccessful property negotiations.
The time has come to get on with it and to expropriate if necessary.
