Looks like cladding has begun for the podium on 353.

Also, caissons are being drilled for the parking garage opposite it (if not already mentioned here).

Yea - couple weeks ago. proceeding nicely, along with black granite for the lobby. They have also started installing tall thin pieces of glass, looks like the struts in a big glass wall.

Thanks for the new height!
Streeter Place was originally supposed to reach 570 ft. (according to emporis).

Nevertheless it will be a nice skyscraper!

Adrian, that is the old design, here is the updated one,(c) Hartshorne Plunkard Architecture

Updated stats...

28 stories...360 feet (roof)...370 feet (Mechanical)

48 units ranging size from 2500-3500 square feet each

80 parking spaces, including 7 for the neighboring condo conversion which had spaces on that site in the past before the Jewish group purchased the site with the intent of building the now forever stalled community center.

The NIMBYs where pretty bad at the community meeting, one even said she would rather stare at the derelict lot for an indefinite amount of time. There were three people who stood up for the building, including one commenter who said, "you know back in the 1880's there was probably a similar meeting with people upset that all the 4 story Victorian row houses were ruining the neighborhood. This is context of the city now and this is a gorgeous building that will replace an eyesore."

Developer said that full marketing will begin in January and that 3 units are already accounted for.
