This is exactly why we no longer serve a King.. big, glamorous projects like stadiums and subways would be built while the less glamorous items that serve more immediate needs (like road and bridge maintenance and schools) get deferred.. I think we'd end up spending $20 billion just fixing existing infrastructure..
