That distant future one is utterly amazing. The feel you have go going in that pic is great.

Roughly the future skyline using Surealplaces pano. Most under construction, a few proposals in there.

Riverfront, Arriva, Waterfront, The Bow, Jamieson, Herald Square, Eau Claire Market, City Centre, Centennial, EAP, Concord, H20, Solaire, Astoria, Luna, Oslo and Copenhagen, Grosvenor etc.

Take that CtrlAltDel!!!

I want Herald Square built for the very reason that it will fill in another hole between PCC and Bankers Hall.

Nice Bertie!! If you want (or Surreal allows) I can substitute the blue boxes with some buildings.

Tonight I'll post some new renderings I have.

i'm assuming the tallest building in the first one is herald square? but i don't see it in the second one, or is it not visible from that angle?

Yeah, I had put it in, but it was just a little lost anyway, so I just left it out. Maybe if the real version has a unique roof, I'll put it in.
The first one is just a boxy stand-in, similar to Bay-Adelaide in Toronto.

Great work again CAD. What's equally as impressive as the quality of renderings you do, but how fast you do them. Amazing.

I'm usually not in the boat with people who say we need a 1000+ footer, as I think street level and overall density is more desirable. However, something about these last two renderings made me really want to see 1-3 buildings that stand head and shoulders above the rest of the skyline.

That's sweet CAD!!!! I notice you've kept H20 in your future skyline. Glad to see that you're optimistic about it being built. I really like that one and it would be a shame if it weren't built. It could be the signature building of the beltline with its unique roof. Please, update more often!!! I've felt like a kid before christmas, only christmas hasn't come for a couple months.

Also, having seen the new Lacaille Grand in this rendering has definitely swayed my opinion on it to the more positive from the negative. At first I missed the old design, but the new one is much more forward looking.

Fantastic work as always CAD!

Although I am willing to admit that LaCaille on 4th looks good, the only reason for that is that the bottom half of the tower is hidden from view. If the whole things was like the top I'd be a bigger fan.

As for Herald Square, if it is "just a box" like Bay Adelaide in Toronto we probably won't have it too bad. That tower is turning out to look very nice as it rises up.

Wasn't H2O put on the backburner? Knowing Procura it will probably be in our skyling circa 2030 or so.

Is that the Alberta Boot site stand in next to the Calgary tower?
