34-4?!? that's pathetic, man the East is just awful this season. Go Montreal, if you win, there will only be a two way tie for first in the west, not a 3 way.

Als leading 20-1
Calvillo have 227 yards and it's only the second quarter... I think records might be broken.
Cahoon and Watkins both have 72 receiving yards

Man, that was an exciting game between Sask/BC last night.. Too bad we couldn't get that last touchdown in to win the game though We killed ourselves with all those early turnovers

The west is on fire this year!

Montreal - you aren't supposed to win today. I don't want a hungry and motivated Edmonton coming to Canad Inns next week. C'est la vie.

Hey .. what do you know...

The Bombers sink it up in the first half of the schedule and they are still in the hunt to host a home playoff game this year.

40-4
Who said the West is too good for the Als?
Calvillo had an AMAZING game: 32/38 for 414 yards and 2 TD
3 receivers with 100 yards+

Well, 3 teams are tied for "#1" spot: Calgary, Saskatchewan and Montreal with 8 wins and 4 loses.

Keith is a Tiger-Cat
Rick Zamperin
9/22/2008

The Hamilton Tiger-Cats have added some star power to their lineup.

The CFL club has signed running back Kenton Keith through the 2010 season.

It will pay Keith 170-thousand dollars in 2009 and 2010, and includes a "significant" signing bonus.

The former Roughriders running back was cut by the Colts at the end of August.

The 28-year-old ran for 533 yards and scored four touchdowns as Joseph Addai's backup with Indianapolis last season.

But Keith struggled in the pre-season this year, gaining 35 yards on 14 carries.

Edmonton Eskimo football practice was delayed on Monday
for nearly two hours at Commonwealth Stadium. One of the
players, while on his way to the locker room, happened to
look down and notice a suspicious looking, unknown white
powdery substance on the field.

The head coach immediately suspended practice while the
RCMP were called in to investigate. After a complete field
analysis, the RCMP determined that the white substance,
unknown to the players and coaches alike, was the goal line.

Practice was resumed when the RCMP decided that the team
would not be likely to encounter the substance again.
