The 510 Madison was accidently placed in the highrise construction instead of midrise. Can a mod please move it?

almost finished. But the east wall that had been exposed concrete is now being painted instead of being covered with brick. not too cool

30 Park Madison came out OK. Decent filler, but nothing more.

Scruffy, I'll list the towers as soon as I get some time and figure out how they should be organized.

It's a shame about Skyhouse's blank wall.

Hi there New Yorkers!

I've a got a question for you. On Emporis it says there is one building in New York that is "in ruins". What exactly does that mean? What building is it that is "in ruins"? Thanks guys!

Oh gosh there are lots of buildings on ruins, especially the old asylums and hospitals on all the smaller islands. Offhand I can think of five including the one on Roosevelt Island.

Fiterman Hall is the building that's listed as in ruins. I remember cause I was the one that changed that status on Emporis a couple of years ago.

We need a thread for a building that's either U/C or site prep, I can't tell which at this point, Lecom might be able to clarify this.
Height: 631 feet and 57 floors

Here is the thread on wirednewyork at last page:http://wirednewyork.com/forum/showthread.php?t=7105&page=10

The last picture posted looks kind of like this might be u/c.

Hey,

Anybody know what's up with NYguy and Antinimby? None are posting regularly here, nor in Wired New York. I hope everything is o.k.

Whatever was decided, if anything, to do about finishing the tower that had the deadly crane collapse this spring? I believe it was a 47 floor building...possible addressed 303 E. 51st Street.

I think they've decided not to tear it down completely but I also read that the developer is having to sell the property due to foreclosure. Maybe the next owner will finish it.
