That's strange I had looked for a thread on Littlemountian and couldn't find it.
Anyways, the project won't resemble Woodwards, but closer to a Collingwood/Joyce concept when built out. At least that's the plan, of course with Holborn you just never know. Don't expect to see a rail link though as it's within walking distance to the Rav line
The donut store site is going to be a 4 story project, I beleive it's called "the block"
