no kidding. Greco cracks me up.

Winnipeg is a piss poor team in a piss poor division. If Ed/Cal/BC had Winnipegs schedule where they get to pick on the other two doormats and a mediocre al's team they would dominate that division.

Winning-losing cycles are dynamic.
that's the dumbest thing I have heard.

You really shouldn't argue with people, you aren't good at it.

Fact is quality run organizations like Edmonton, Calgary, BC, and Montreal can remain competitive for a decade. While they will eventually go through down times (Edmonton these last two years, Calgary under the F-troop) they quickly rebuild.

Meanwhile, your mickey mouse organizations, like Toronto and Winnipeg, will be a contender for a couple years then a basement dweller for another couple.

Then you have Saskatchewan and Hamilton. They're the opposite of the first category. Two years of being contenders followed by a decade of basement dwelling.

So you can predict the future now, what other hidden talents do you have?

Guess watching your eskimos struggle is a bitter pill to swallow. Don't worry maybe next year.

Anyone who doesn't believe that winning and losing is a dynamic cycle needs to get their immature, early twenties head out of their ass; such as yourself.

Prove I'm wrong.

lets look at home play off games since montreal's re appearance shall we?

Montreal 9
Edmonton 8
Calgary 8
Toronto 8
Toronto 8
BC 5
winnipeg 4
Hamilton 3
Saskatchewan 1

factor in Toronto's advantage of playing in a division with two of the bottom dwellers and BC's disadvantage by playing in a division with two powerhouses and the results are pretty much what I concluded.

If a team is well managed, than there is no reason they shouldn't be a contender every year. Calgary has been a competitive team for nearly 20 years, sure we have had a few disappointing seasons (2002-2004 for example), but we have been near the top of the league for a long time, especially during the 90's.

Those 3 losses were really tight and could have been wins for us.
Calgary 23 Montreal 19
Saskatchewan 41 Montreal 33
BC 36 Montreal 34
Also, don't forget that Trestman was still learning how to coach. Those 3 losses made him realize how much he sucked. He is a way better coach right now.
don't worry, we'll win against Calgary.
