So, which day is this on again? I wouldn't mind going too.

I've been to Muddy Waters twice this year.... $17 for a burger, fries, and a beer.

Only the best for this old body of mine..

Besides, what better place to have a discussion about skyscrapers. At Muddy Waters Patio we'll actually be outside and can see in plain sight the skyline we love and hold so dear.

What day is this on (and still at 7pm)? I might pop by, but my schedule is very full while I'm in town.

7:00 pm tomorrow, be there or be square.

For those of you who haven't met me, look for the big sausagefest crowded around the minature model of the Chrysler Building.

Hopefully that is specific enough..

I tend to sit away from the bar and closer to the wheelchair ramp at the other end of the patio.

Cheers!

Ahh yes, you must mean the Muddy Waters spot that's closer to the river (down a level or two of steps). There is also a patio by the skating rink and Johnston terminal.

Darnit, I can't make it. Schedule got changed. I would just put up a big cardboard cutout of myself at work but sooner or later my underlings are bound to ask it something pertaining to the operation of the place. Maybe I'll just write "yes" over the mouth and hope that their questions don't require more than such a simple answer. No...better not. If only I had a magic eightball.

Good to see you guys again, and finally meet you OTL. Was a decent time, and I would do it again next time for sure!

Man, the last two days are turning out to suck bigtime.

First, this gloomy weather, and apparently snow waiting for me back in Alberta but hopefully nowhere near Edmonton!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Then, I realize that I need to go straight to work after I land in Edmonton to finish up some prepwork

Now, today I find out that the bimbo who booked my seat (with explicit directions to NOT PUT ME OVER THE WING on the NORTH SIDE of the plane AND told me that all this was possible and achieved) booked me where? Yup, RIGHT OVER THE WING on the SOUTH SIDE of the plane and therefore NONE OF MY EXPECTATIONS WERE MET OR ACHIEVED

At least I had good weather for the majority of my stay.

^ make the best out of situation and ask for emergency row seating when you check in.

At least that way you'll get some decent leg room. I am 6'4" and those emergency row seats are an absolute god send.
