Hey Justn, A big welcome to the forum!!

I have been enjoying your posts this morning, and hope you will continue to be a regular. Like you, I always wonder about out-of-state companies on development projects vs. in-state. I am glad though that this Portland group, who now owns Trolley Square, has replaced the previous Ohio group. The previous group had a very long list of complaints against it from store owners and managers. This current group realized the development potential of Trolley Square. I've thought for quite a while now that Trolley Sq. was underdeveloped. Infact, I would say that even after this current building program, there will still be much need for expansion in the next ten years, as the metro, downtown, and tourism, continues it's major growth.
