Regarding the reclading of buildings, what is that building across from Sears on Adams, its very thin and tall, and it now has blue-green glass?

The Clare@ Watertower

Is it just me or is the final look of this building kind if ugly!! It looked so much better in the renderings! It basically has turned out to be another painted piece of garbage! These buildings ALL look the same when there finished! I really wish this looked better

Great photos, but man that last photo, at least 90 percent of those apartment buildings look like total trash from Miami or something. Chicago deserves better buildings than that.

Is Park Tower Chicago's only building with a tuned mass damper? Besides the Chicago Spire, are there any other towers under construction that will include one?

They had to. There's no clearance on the lower decks for the drilling poles
