1) Brackets at top are what attached to the core.

its a little bit unpleasant back there...






but i swear it was a beautiful night (smaller shot to mask the lower quality of a non-dslr night shot. Imagine that if you blew it up bigger, the sky doesnt look grainy)

getting close to topped out. In most skylines, this would be one of the stars of a CBD, but in Chicago, it is just a real nice filler building at nearly 800 feet.

Interestingly, in person, from some angles the vertical elements are much more prominent and from others the horizontal elements are. It depends on the lighting and time of day.
