No. That space will contain a stairway to the floor below. The pool will be east of the tower.

i heard today that most of the windows (im still trying to find out up to what floor) have to be swapped out because whatever seals the glass to the frame is expanding either too much or too fast when they heat up from the sun causing the glass to break. so far it has only happened on the east and west side (sunrise, sunset...duh) but whoever is making the call is replacing all sides. i myself didnt believe it until i went down to the 4th floor (first floor w/glass) and seen it for myself

Wow - thank you for the insight. I though my vendors were the only ones to do dumb stuff like this.

Whoops, that is going to be one costly retrofit. Even with only about 1/4 of the tower glazed so far. Lesson learned!

good question. I'd give it an 80% chance 80% of the losses are going to be attributed to the glass-maker

Either the glass company's insurance company or the developer's insurance company

ok nevermind, looking at the rendering, it looks almost invisible from afar, which is good cause it wont distract youre gaze from the ripple effect that this building has.
