sorry for pulling this discussion back from last page, but
does anyone else find it disheartening that the only decently designed part of this entire development is going to be hidden from view from the street?
also for a parking garage, using brick seems like a nice solution

I think it just took them 20 years to find a rendering program that made the design look presentable (aka unrealistically unoffensive)
