Jamieson Place.
Arc Energy is leasing 200,000 sq ft and I can't remember who the other tenant is going to be, but I believe all the office space is leased.

The building is named after Alice Jamieson who came to Calgary in 1902. In 1913, Mrs. Jamieson was appointed judge of a juvenile court in Calgary, becoming the first female to be appointed to any judiciary in the British Empire. In 1916 she was also appointed police magistrate to hear women's cases. Throughout her career, Jamieson was active in the community and women's suffrage movement. She belonged to a number of organizations, including the YWCA and Calgary's Local Council of Women.
