rite, phil, u totoally read my lips. most of vancourites do not live in downtown, not to mention most do not live in condos. and most areas of vancouver didn't have much of a change. but it's only a matter of time when the city needs more buses or more roads to accomdate a growing population.
additionally, most of that change would be more condos. so, sights should change throughout the area in the next 20-30 years, when real change is coming.
