Phil: Good question. When comparing identical (same floor plan) units, two factors affect their price points: floor numbering and balcony size.

To me this is one of my favorite aspects of the building. Just about wrap around all balcony condos.

pip: some of the balconies are in the neighborhood of 50+ feet long (those that wrap around). For the units without a wrap around balcony, a 25 foot to 35 foot long balcony is not uncommon. The depth of the balconies on all units will range from 0 feet to 12 feet.

12 x 50 is 600 sqfeet. That's the size of a studio or a small one bedroom. Anyone know how much of Aqua is sold?

I believe Bvic reported a little while back they were 90% sold. Remember, this building also has 200 hotel rooms and 470+ rental units.

yes, but these are not rectangular balconies. A balcony might be 50' long and 12' wide at its widest point and taper to 0' wide at both ends. That would probably mean it's closer to 300 sqfeet. (which is still quite large).

OMG seriously? I hate winter, I can't wait for it to warm up. But, to each his own, I suppose.

I happen to like those windows a lot, they aren't what you usually on towers being built now, they almost look like "Swinging Sixties"-ish in a way. This is really gonna be a stylin' tower.

Well when it's cold, you can put on layers upon layers, but when it's hot, you can only strip off so many clothes.
