Okay, I'm very familiar with the Pasadena area, but not so much West Covina. Do you have any preferences as to what part of the downtown area you would like to live in? I've lived almost entirely in the downtown area. For quite a while in the historic West Adams district, which was a blast and currently along the Wilshire Corridor. I did live for a short while in San Pedro, but it was just too far from all of my work and everything else, such as friends etc.
