Nope, it wont work as offices... we just all settled for it at the beginning as we were all just SO DAMN EXCITED anything was happening with it!!
It kinda scares me to think that if it were City of Hamilton offices at street-level, it'll be just like the old Ontario Works (Welfare) office in the old Woolworth's on King St E. Remember how all the "clients" would stand around outside the office, smoking, yelling, scaring ppl to the other side of King... I don't want that to happen on King William as it's such a pedestrian-friendly environment.
The only thing that will bring King William back to life (the street, not the king) is a residential Lister!
