Apart from being in the "Driving" section of the Vancouver Sun - which runs to TWO full sections - the most interesting part of the article from an infrastructure perspective were the references to the Border Infrastructure Program, which sort of drive home the fact that light industry has been forced from Vancouver to Surrey and Langley:

"And 176th Street, a two-lane road that goes to the fourth busiest border crossing in the country, is going to become a four lane and hook right into the TransCanada [highway]."
