Do you think they will block a lot of sunlight into the units. Its seems as though they will act like a large "visor"
Yes, but in a good way, like Solstice on the Park. In summer at a high sun angles the balconies will shield the heat, and in winter at low sun angles it'll be able to shine in and warm the building.

I also got very lucky, in that as I was passing by, they were moving one of the pieces of formwork. I sat down to watch. The shots are about 30 seconds to a minute apart.
Also, if they keep up this pace. We should get our first peak at what the glass is going to look like in a few weeks! This project is really moving, especially considering that each balcony is unique!
