Yes, but in a good way, like Solstice on the Park. In summer at a high sun angles the balconies will shield the heat, and in winter at low sun angles it'll be able to shine in and warm the building.

.....the only "long view" will be from the river......and that will go away if they build "Architectura"

I got really lucky with the lighting on this shot, the sun underlighting the balconies.

I also got very lucky, in that as I was passing by, they were moving one of the pieces of formwork. I sat down to watch. The shots are about 30 seconds to a minute apart.

Ready for the next floor.

Maybe it's just me, but the ceiling heights look very low.

Also, if they keep up this pace. We should get our first peak at what the glass is going to look like in a few weeks! This project is really moving, especially considering that each balcony is unique!
