I hope you are right... but they are still at a stage where, if I understand these developments correctly, it is quite easy to stop without a huge loss. The ground clearing, foundation laying, etc can be dragged out quite a while until the sales reach a target level. If they don't, it can be stopped easily and *hopefully* the crews doing that prep work get paid.
But, I'll stop being negative. It's just my own irrational fear, probably from seeing the previous building boom, and finding it hard to believe I'll be lucky enough to have seen Austin get a new tallest 3 times in 6 years.
Once either Spring or Austonian start to build floors, I'll feel much better.
