^^Well there's the big "opening fall 2008" sign on thurlow, but i think they're kinda pushing their luck with that.

I have a gut feeling they will end up doing a PHASED opening........Hotel and SOME of the Retail in the Fall of 2008.......with the Condos and rest of the amenities (Art Gallery project) and remainder of retail completing in Winter/Spring 2009.......

thoughts?

^That's news to me Tower Power. I'm pretty sure most buildings are only a few weeks away from opening if the building is topped out. Why would it take a year?
