Hey I just noticed something, where's the Pool? Isn't it supposed to be right there on the Seventh level? Maybe they haven't got that far yet? But one would think you would be able to distingish a foot print for where the pool will go right?

The swimming pool is the rectangular plot just to the right of the tower at the top of the parking garage.

From this angle it looks like the first skyscraper to go up in Fargo! Very nice though.

When is that Crown going to start? It's almost time to put this one to bed isn't it? How many more months of construction left for 1LP? 4-6? At best? At least for the Crane and to finish up the Exterior. WooHoo this will definitely help Denver's north end. And with all the 08-15 Story projects in the LoDo and BallPark area I think the North end of the City is really starting to come together.....

From the latest 1LP newsletter:

Quote:
NovemberBuliding Image

As the holiday season arrives, the building continues to move quickly on the corner of 20th. The final floor was poured last week, and the roof is being poured as you read this. Masonry, which is the structure of the individual units, is complete to pool deck level and they have started cleaning on the 20th Ave side. The exterior skin and glazing is complete to the 23rd floor, and sliding doors have been installed up to floor 19. By December 14th floors 1 to 25 will be ready for finishes. Handrail installation and coating application has started on the 8th and 9th floor balconies. The stairs are complete to the 26th floor, with elevators scheduled to be on-site in mid December.

To hear about the available residences come visit us at the sales center on 20th and Lincoln or call 303-860-1000.

The sales associate said that the first residents will move in during July sometime.

Also, they've added an additional floor to the elevator shaft today...
