Yeah, this development is great for Downtown and the community. I just wish developers these days would stop recessing new buildings so far back, away from the street and sidewalk.

Wouldn't it be nice if they could take off that ugly driveway covering and move it around to a back or side entrance, then move the building right up against the street and sidewalk, with a mid-block cross walk leading right up or near the front entrance, and a driveway leading to a covered back or side entrance, and parking. Do any of you agree?
