Wait... is that the image of a semi-nude man on the wall of the Helene Curtis building? It looks to be projected, which means the projector is somewhere within 300 North LaSalle.

I think that it's just being illuminated with construction lights.

Progress
- another floor on the core
- raker beams continue to stack up along the river as the basement floors are completed
- N tower has a 2nd set of anchors on the core - was "jumped" again.

no, he's just saying... one of the buildings has to move at a faster pace. they can't move at exaxtly the same speed... maybe when there is a 50 floor difference would be the time to start asking these questions....

J. F. McKinney hired to lease 300 N. LaSalle
By Alby Gallun

J. F. McKinney & Associates Ltd., the Chicago-based office brokerage firm, has picked up leasing duties at the 60-story office tower that Hines Interests L.P. is building at 300 N. LaSalle St.

Hines Senior Vice-president Greg Van Schaack says about 75% of the building is spoken for, though he declines to identify additional tenants. Now the developer wants to chase smaller tenants who need only one floor or less.

It's great to see a sleek office building going up in this part of the City.

Too many condo towers in the Near North for my taste.

Sah-weet. I've been excited about this for a good long time, ever since those pictures of the glass were posted.

The day is finally upon us!

I really hope this speaks well for 200 n riverside. This project has moved so fast, every week when I walk by there it looks like they've got two more floors done- now they're getting ready for glass? Amazing.

Hines is a solid developer, they just need to build a little higher on some projects.
