I failed to go into the "Developmental Portfolio".....so much for my surfing abilities. I wish they would update as this site has a Summer of 2007 start date. They do seem to be a very reputable company with all the properties listed, so this is a big puzzle.

Someone should take a photo of the 1401 Lawrence sales office as it is completed now for Snyder. There is a big lit model of the tower that you can see from 14th street.

SNyder should see if he can upload the webcam link on 4S listed on Denver construction Thread to this rundown thread for all to see! Check with Ken/DenverInfill before you do so though Snyder.

Just a suggestion. It's a wicked shot, Not sure if it is live? And consistant? Or just a photo from that webcam? Either way I would add it!

I thought I read somewhere that they're planning on demolishing the remaining structures on the Komorebi site in February. Hopefully, I'm not thinking of something else.

Komerobi will start before year's end. They already have stated they will begin demolition of the temp Contemp Art museum this month...I expect they will start foundation wrok shortly after.

As for 1401 Lawrence, I expect next June-ish as a good starting point. They just finished the sales office for crying out loud, and it would be a waste to kill it after only a month or two! But fear not, I feel VERY confident about Great Gulf beginning their project before the DNC...sales will dictate more if the project starts in April or August...

If they don't get started with 1401 prior to the DNC, then they will still have the sells office up and running through the DNC. That would be excellent exposure to wealthy individuals from around the country and world - which might become impressed with Denver and decide to purchase a unit.

^^ I must have been thinking of 20/20 Lawrence, which is supposed to break ground in March and be finished by June of the following year. As of early October, nearly half of the 60 units had been reserved!

^Considering that the webcam is by iBeam Construction Cameras, Ken has no say over its use.

smaller pinnacle

Is there anything interesting happening at the 22-story Pinnacle site? The construction crane has been there for a few months now, it seems, and I'm curious.

^ I checked the other day, and I really couldn't make much out. I will check again tomorrow if there is any noticable difference I'll get a picture either Saturday or Sunday. You mentioned that it has been a couple of months? I think you may be right? I am speculating that they might be completing the surrounding condos. Then possibly tower #2 at 22 stories will begin to rise? I'll check it out...

They spent about one month digging the hole and prepping the site for construction. For the past couple of weeks, they have been pouring cement for the foundation. I figure in about a month, it will have risen high enough to actually be noticed.

I do know that there are only 6 Units remaining in Tower I. That is pretty increadible if you ask me? The floor plans in these towers are very nice, IMO the Pinnacle and 1LP Have very attractive Floor plans. DAmn wish I had the Dough! $$$$$$...
