TRI Moves Branch to SF.

loser for life-TRI,one of the worlds biggest companies is moving a part of it Shiping Division to San Felix. This is a surprising move, with San Felixes falterd economy. Tri hopes to expand With more shipping in the pacific ocean.Tri is one of the largest companeis to move to SF in the past years. More on D4(you could write a better story,if you want)

Glad to see your going back to the "old" district. It could use a facelift (no offense).

'

very much so,the grid isnt even complete. no offensce taken.

Im considering removing James Tower, and replacing it with a more californian tower,or,remove on electric twin and make a new tower that is very tall that would take james's place. Im undecided.

I must ask,What is your current favorite building?

My favorite building would be the one my fictional sketch-up company "TRI" moved into. I can see that built in real life, only with a more glassy facade.

I used photoshop to make textures, blablabla, but no renders

San Felix has been restricted by water. th city is on a penninsula,so I have reached the docklands. There's still alot of work to do with the area.

and the classic view

There's still alot of upgrading to be done. Its kinda sad atually,San felix's main downtown is pretty much finished. of course the skyline will continue to grow.

The san felix landscape is based of San Fransisco, but "Oakland" will be huger. Of course, there will e a big bridge.
here's a map,

yellow-Complete
Green-Park
red-Miami based towers that could be up by 2008.
and of course,mountins!

Thanks for your time

I really like the skyline now, very realalistic, I like the little World Financial Styled buildings there

Oh I saw a little bit of you and Dac's convorsation, we can pick a building in your city one of our companies can lease?

If so DAMN THIS IS HARDD, I think I'll take #9, looks good, I dont know which company should move in, maybe you should pick? IF we can take two towers may I have #8, its postmodern sexy.

Here are some avalible Staunton-Based companies that need a company in Northern California.

Galviston Enterprises (or smaller branches)
- Galviston Industries
- Galviston Chemicals
- Galviston Steel
Kent Enterprise Regional Headquarters
Lloyd International (Residences & Hotel) (actually based in New York City, not Staunton)
JC Summit Entertainament
JCMorgennMace Company Conglomorate (actually based in Dallas, not Staunton)

JC Entertanment would fit nice here.

I can meke a new tower to,you dont have to pick one. just tell me want you want it to look like.

redid the area around james, took out electric twin 1

and messed around some

I also edited my first post to contain the best pics from SF,its worth a look.
