Wow, Steely, nice shot. I'm blown away at how minuscule those workers look; really gives perspective.

Isn't that the way it's always been? I've only ever seen it this way: The upper triangular portion is on the SW side, and the Clark side only supports the parking podium.

As I recall the model was different.

That render seems mroe accurate.

I remember thinking 2 months ago, is the thing even gonna rise a floor in the near 6 months? Boy, I sure was wrong.

I tink the tower is now building it's regular floors now.

Model in sales office, this week, to my eye the Wacker columns should be square and bigger - cladding ?

Well remember guys, the model in the sales center is the 82-story version.

Things have changes a little in the last 2.5 years that the sales center has been open.

Taken Sept 17th ( id didn't count floors, they could have just put on new stickys )

As with the Spire and their renderings I am surprised they don't spend a few more bucks and get a good model built, hell could probably sell it for a profit, or donate it to the CAF and write off the cost.

^That model cost about $50,000 to build, so I doubt the developer would just trash it and build a new one. And I bet after the sale of the last unit, BVictor will be making a pitch to have that model donated to him

Whoa, they made some pretty big jumps this week on those front columns and the core.
4 down, 85 to go.

Not if there is no demand for more units or the cost to build that much heigher begins to cut into profits.
