actually Mandeep all 3 are in the 600 ft or taller range.

However the TIFF, Simcoe Place, and Metro Hall can battle it out of the over 500 ft title.

The appeal of the United Gulf towers was rejected the other day in Halifax, meaning the developer can build in 30 days if the appelants don't appeal again (which I don't think they will, since they've already lost three times):

Another "proposal" of sorts. This is a potential infill plan for the downtown area of Halifax. A few of these buildings are already approved or proposed. The area on the right is currently a highway interchange that might be removed:

Here is something a little taller in Yorkville...

Nice tower though, and since it is in Yorkville I must assume this is the recently proposed condo tower for the Canadian Tire land site.

This was approved for Downtown Victoria last Thursday night. The public hearing went till after midnight. Crazy!

It's a 14 story residential tower. Most likely around 100 units. the Last building this developer made the juliet, the unit numbers changed a little bit after it was approved. IIt too was 14 stories. It has ground floor town homes.

This is the east side rendering. I forgot to upload the rendering of the front facade.

I like it!

I'm waiting to get the skyline renderings this coming week, they look pretty cool.

Here's the lastest proposal for Hamilton's school board, two new hotels (400 rooms combined), a new medical centre and office space for the Public Health department. All located at Bay, Main, King and Summer Lane in the downtown core.

This proposal all depends on the School Board deciding to join in the project or not.

For those of you unaware, Toronto is getting another Time Squarish Plaza.

It will be located next to Air Canada Centre and be called Maple Leaf Square. Complete with flashy LED Video Screen and massive Plaza. Surround by 2 towers (U/C) on the South, Air Canada Centre (built) on the West, Union Plaza (Telus-U/C) on the North and 18 York (Proposal) on the West

"Time Squarish"?
Anyways, this proposal is years old. Its still in the works, but that rendering is dated. And those "cheese graters" have been there since the ACC was built (or at least close to it).

Pretty likely since the interchange doesn't actually connect to a highway (it was never built) and will need expensive maintenance in the next few years.

Slightly corrected version of the rendering above (from hrmbydesign.ca):

Ground level view of what the buildings on the right side would look like if built out to what will be zoned (only the one on the right of this image currently exists):

Surprised no mention of this yet for Saskatoon. The City recently approved the sale of land. Still waiting final design approval.
