when you go to the featured developments portion of the Century 21 website then click onto Waterview Tower, they are only showcasing traditional condos. When you scroll over the hotel portion of the building there is nothing there.
^Nevertheless, they are not marketing the residential side. That is what I have been told by the developer, and my girlfriend was in the Century 21 office a couple of weeks ago for a business meeting, and had an independent discussion with an agent there about the project - she was told that Century 21 is only marketing the hotel side of the deal.

What is circled in this picture? It is it just a bright spot on the model?
Also honte you bring up a good point. In the model the columns are a bit smaller then those on lower wacker, while in reality, they are quite a bit bigger. Is that limestone cladding on the model? I am assuming that those trees on the front aren't accessible from within. On the model, are the parking garage vents, except for the center portion, faced with glass?
The second floor area where the trees are being shown is an open-air area for a restaurant / coffee shop - at least, that's what the sales center told me. Also, I believe the stone on the tower will be all granite, not limestone, but I am not 100% sure.

The Cafe is a nice touch, but I'd prefer that it was at street level. If its actually a public cafe (is it?) then having it a story up is somewhat confusing.

Personally, I think having that terrace is going to be magical. The river will be activated one level down from the street, and one level up. It reminds me of a skyscraper Venice in a way.

^ If they get up to NoMi or the Four Seasons dining room, I don't see why they won't make it up a flight of stairs... I think the outdoor terrace could be a huge advertiser in itself if the architecture / landscaping allows it to be clearly seen from the sidewalk.
